Before returning any item for either warranty replacement or refund, you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. In order to do so please submit the required information at the bottom of this page.

Products purchased within 30 days may be returned for any reason (subject to a 20% restocking fee) provided that they are in new condition and complete with the original packaging.

Defective products may be returned at any time during the 2 Year Warranty provided by IPSTORE.com
